Storm Darragh has thrown a spanner in the works for many travellers, but don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. With heavy rain, winds, and snow expected across England, Scotland, and Wales until 8th December, it’s important to stay ahead of the game before heading out.

Here’s what you need to know if your journey is affected:

๐Ÿ”น Cancelled Trains?

If your train has been cancelled, no need to panic! You can use your ticket on the next two services with the same operator and route. Just double-check the new departure times before you leave.

๐Ÿ”น Severely Delayed Trains (30+ minutes)?

If your train’s delayed by 30 minutes or more and you decide not to travel, you’re entitled to a refund for any unused tickets. If you return to your original station without completing your journey, we may be able to offer a refund.

๐Ÿ”น Delay Repay

If you use your ticket for an alternative service, it won’t be eligible for a refund through us. Instead, you should apply to the train operating company (TOC) for a Delay Repay compensation.

How to Submit Refund Requests:

If you’re eligible for a refund, you can submit your request via refunds.trainsplit.com. If you have printed tickets, there’s an option to email us for further assistance.

If you have any questions or need more help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!

Stay safe, and make sure to check your journey before you go.
